HELLO L.A.!!! We know lots of people already know this by now, but we decided to post it on our blog to make sure nobody misses out on the good news! We're 1 of the top 3 finalists for AFV so we are flying out to L.A. on Sept. 11 to be part of the taping taking place on the 12th. We get to sightsee the rest of the time we're there :) SO EXCITING! We uploaded that video of my little brother trying to knock the penny (that's not really there) off his forehead by pounding on the back of his head with his fist! The video went through but then all this paperwork came up (18 pages) and I was like no freaking way am I printing this off, reading it, getting the appropriate signatures, and then mailing this off. So I bagged the idea. Part way through the summer, AFV called and told us they liked the video but needed the paperwork in order to air it. We filled it out and sent it in. Shortly after, I got some more phone calls from AFV asking questions and verifying information. Seemed to me like they were really checking the validity of the video. Guess they wanted to make sure it wasn't staged. Apparently, we passed because we've been picked and they're paying for us to come to L.A. and stay for the weekend and be on NATIONAL T.V.! OH MY GOSH!!! We'll have to let you all know what day it is scheduled to air! It'll be sometime in Oct.

America's Funniest Home Videos!!!

That's so darn cool! Have you posted the penny video? I remember the spoon one. That was pretty darn funny, too. Glad to have you guys back in town. I saw your cute girls yesterday. They are getting so big! And walking like crazy!
